About Tiffany
Experience matters when someone is working inside your home.
Before Tiffany Helps Out, I spent more than two decades in high-touch service environments where expectations are high, details matter, discretion is assumed, and much of the most important work happens quietly behind the scenes.
That experience shaped how I work in private homes today: prepared, observant, independent, careful with other people's spaces and belongings, and comfortable taking responsibility for the details without needing constant direction.
A Career Built Around Service
My professional background spans hospitality, fine dining, luxury wine, private events, client service, sales, marketing, and operations.
Over the years, my work has included:
Restaurant openings and operations
Hospitality and restaurant consulting
Wine programs and sommelier service
Luxury wine sales and brand representation
Wine judging, tasting, and product-development input
Private dinners and events
Major food and wine events
Premium retail and client service
Catering and event coordination
Guest and hospitality logistics
Working alongside chefs and professional kitchen teams
Fine glassware, crystal, and wine handling
Wine cellar knowledge and bottle care
Travel and guest preparation
Private client support
Household organization and food preparation
My wine and hospitality education and credentials have included study through respected industry organizations including the Court of Master Sommeliers, Napa Valley Vintners Association, the Society of Wine Educators, and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, as well as professional wine study and certification through the Rudd Center for Professional Wine Studies at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the highest levels of hospitality, fine wine, and luxury Wine Country culture, including directly with billionaire clients, renowned winemakers, sommeliers, chefs, and other masters of their craft throughout California and the West Coast. That experience taught me much more than food and wine. It taught me how to prepare properly, anticipate what comes next, maintain exacting standards without being supervised, communicate professionally, protect privacy, handle valuable belongings with care, and understand that the best service often feels almost invisible.
From Hospitality to Private Homes
Private household work turned out to be a natural extension of that experience.
The same principles apply.
A refrigerator thoughtfully stocked.
Food prepared before someone gets hungry.
A closet or pantry organized around how the household actually uses it.
A space prepared for guests without anyone having to manage every detail.
A small event pulled together with the right people, purchases, and timing in place.
The details are different, but the underlying skill is the same:
Notice what needs to happen, understand the standard, and execute it well.
Today, my work is primarily focused on recurring household meal prep, home organization and systems, and selected small event and household projects.
I’m not trying to bring restaurant formality into someone’s Tuesday night.
I’m bringing the preparation, judgment, service instincts, and visual standards I learned from those environments into everyday life.
Comfortable in High-Expectation Homes
Working inside a private home requires a different kind of professionalism.
I am comfortable in homes where privacy, mature judgment, discretion, appropriate boundaries, and independent decision-making are expected.
I also work comfortably alongside existing household professionals, including nannies, cleaners, assistants, caregivers, chefs, vendors, and property staff.
What I Bring Into Your Home
More than 20 years of professional service experience.
Strong instincts around food, organization, hospitality, and events.
Experience with private and high-net-worth clients.
Discretion and respect for privacy.
Independent judgment and attention to detail.
Comfort in high-expectation environments.
A calm, practical working style.
An understanding that being trusted inside someone’s home is a privilege.
