HOUSEHOLD MEAL PREP, ORGANIZATION + PROJECT SUPPORT

Your food prepped. Your home reset. Your projects done.

Practical, thoughtful household support for busy San Francisco homes.

LESS TO MANAGE. BETTER TO LIVE IN.

I help busy households get ahead of the week with recurring meal prep, thoughtful home organization, and focused support for the projects, appointments, events, and errands that otherwise eat up your time.

Food gets prepared. Closets get edited. Pantries get contained and styled. Storage starts making sense. Vendors get booked and met. The dinner party that has been sitting in your head becomes an actual plan.

My approach combines practical systems, hospitality instincts, and a strong visual eye. I pay attention to how a household naturally uses a space — then organize, edit, contain, prepare, and style around the way real life actually happens.

The goal is a home that works beautifully without requiring everything to be perfect.

Good food ready to go. Beautiful systems that hold up to real life. Details handled when you need another capable set of hands.

SERVICES

WEEKLY HOUSEHOLD MEAL PREP

Prepared for the week.

Recurring, in-home meal prep built around what your household actually likes to eat.

Depending on your needs, that may include proteins, vegetables, salads, grains and sides, breakfast or lunch components, children’s meals and snacks, washed and cut produce, simple complete meals, or ingredients prepared in advance for easier dinners later in the week.

Some households prefer complete meals ready to reheat.

Others want a refrigerator full of prepared components they can mix, match, and build from throughout the week.

I work with the way your household already eats and make it easier to reach for good food when life gets busy.

Prep may include:

  • Proteins, vegetables, grains + sides

  • Salads + produce prep

  • Breakfast + lunch components

  • Children’s meals + snacks

  • Simple ready-to-reheat meals

  • Freezer-ready food

  • Portioning + storage

  • Using ingredients already on hand

  • Refrigerator organization

  • Food storage + kitchen reset

You decide what belongs in your home. I make it easier to actually eat it.

HOME ORGANIZATION + SYSTEMS

Systems that work. Spaces that look beautiful.

I organize homes with equal attention to function and presentation.

That means understanding how you naturally use a space first — then editing what is there, creating useful zones, choosing containers and storage solutions, and styling the finished space so it feels calm, cohesive, and intentional.

Projects may include:

  • Closets + wardrobes

  • Kitchens + pantries

  • Refrigerators + freezers

  • Cabinets + drawers

  • Children’s rooms + belongings

  • Bathrooms

  • Entryways

  • Linen + utility storage

  • Entertaining areas

  • Household storage

  • Unpacking + post-move organization

  • Seasonal resets

  • Decluttering + editing

  • Container + storage systems

  • Spaces that simply need to be rethought

I want the space to continue looking good while it is actually being lived in.

That might mean beautiful baskets where things naturally get dropped, clear storage where visibility matters, concealed storage where visual clutter should disappear, and thoughtful placement that makes everyday items easy to use and easy to put back.

The aesthetic matters too.

I edit with an eye toward proportion, color, visual noise, repetition, spacing, and what deserves to be seen versus what should quietly disappear.

The goal is a home that feels photograph-ready without needing to be frozen in place.

Beautiful when freshly organized.
Still beautiful on a normal Tuesday.

Functional first. Beautiful always.

HOME EVENT + PROJECT SUPPORT

Small events. Vendor visits. Travel days. Details handled.

I offer focused support for small in-home events and clearly defined household projects — especially the things that require coordination, appointments, shopping, preparation, or simply having a trusted person there when you cannot be.

  • Private chef or caterer research + booking

  • Grocery + specialty food ordering

  • Wine + beverage planning

  • Dinner parties + small celebrations

  • Children’s parties + sleepovers

  • Flowers + event supplies

  • Menu, tabletop + service preparation

  • Guest-area preparation

  • Event checklists + day-of setup

  • Shopping + pickups

  • Vendor research + scheduling

  • Carpet + upholstery cleaners

  • Espresso machine + appliance repair

  • Dog grooming + pet-service appointments

  • Repair technicians

  • Installers + delivery appointments

  • Home assessments, estimates + service visits

  • Being on site while a vendor works when you cannot be there

  • Preparing a room before an installation or service

  • Receiving + organizing deliveries

  • Packing support before travel

  • Extra help on departure day

  • Unpacking + household reset after travel

  • Return-home support with groceries, luggage, laundry, and everyday essentials

  • Other clearly defined household projects

My experience as a home manager, combined with my background in restaurants, wine, private events, hospitality, and private homes, makes this kind of work very natural for me.

I understand timing, service flow, vendors, presentation, household access, and the small details that tend to multiply when you’re entertaining, traveling, installing something new, or simply trying to get a project finished.

You don’t always need an event planner or household manager. Sometimes you just need someone capable to organize the moving parts — and be there when you can’t.

SMALLER TASK? I CAN HELP WITH THAT TOO.

For established clients and good-fit local requests, I also offer limited errand + administrative support in dedicated blocks of time.

Think: picking up birthday flowers, handling a difficult return, sourcing supplies for tomorrow’s school project, ordering a gift, preparing a shipment, completing forms, making a specific booking, or taking care of one defined administrative task you simply do not have time for.

One task. Clear scope. Handled.

Currently fully booked for 2026. Future inquiries welcome.
